These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Pure Bio Lab Compounds website (the Site) and the supply of research compounds and related materials by [ENTITY NAME] (ABN [ABN]) (we, us, our).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any product.

1. Eligibility and buyer warranties

By using the Site and placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

2. You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution, or are otherwise legally authorised to acquire research compounds for non-therapeutic, in-vitro research purposes;
3. You are acquiring the product solely for in-vitro laboratory research and not for human consumption, animal consumption, or any therapeutic purpose;
4. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring the legality of acquiring, possessing, importing, exporting, handling, and using the product in your jurisdiction;
5. All information you provide during account creation and checkout is true, accurate, and complete.

2. The products

All products are supplied as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not therapeutic goods, are not entered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), and have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product description errors and to update prices at any time without notice.

Payment is made by direct bank transfer, PayID, or such other payment methods as we may offer from time to time. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

5. Right to refuse or cancel orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at any time, including where:

• We suspect the product is intended for use outside the permitted research purposes;
• There is reason to believe the buyer has provided false information;
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or misuse;
• The product is out of stock;
• There is a pricing or product description error.

Where we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

This clause does not exclude, restrict, or modify the application of any provision of the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or any product, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you have paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnity

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia for any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
