Returns & Refunds

This Returns Policy sets out our approach to returns, refunds, and replacements. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. No returns once dispatched

Due to the nature of the products we supply, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched, except in the circumstances set out below.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

To make a claim, you must:

1. Notify us in writing at info@purebiolabcompounds.com within 7 days of delivery;
2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, including the packaging;
3. Retain the original product and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Claims made after the 7-day window or without supporting evidence may not be honoured.

3. Refund or replacement

Once a claim is approved, we will offer you (at our discretion):

• A replacement of the same product, dispatched at our cost; or
• A full refund of the price paid for the affected product.

Refunds are processed within [REFUND PROCESSING TIMEFRAME] business days of claim approval, using the original payment method.

4. Change of mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or where the product has been opened, tampered with, or used.

5. Order cancellations

You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@purebiolabcompounds.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major failure (for example, it is significantly different from its description, or is unsafe). For minor failures, we may offer to repair or replace the product, or offer a refund, at our discretion.
