Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out how we dispatch and deliver orders placed through Pure Bio Lab Compounds. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Dispatch location

All orders are dispatched from our facility in [DISPATCH LOCATION], Australia.

2. Dispatch time

Orders received and paid for before [DISPATCH CUT-OFF TIME] on a business day are dispatched the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

During periods of unusually high volume, dispatch may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

3. Domestic shipping only

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not ship internationally.

4. Shipping rates and free shipping threshold

  • Standard shipping: $10 AUD flat rate (2-5 business days)
  • Express shipping: $15 AUD flat rate (1-2 business days)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD (after any discount, before shipping)

5. Carriers

We dispatch via reputable Australian carriers, including Australia Post and StarTrack. The carrier used for your order may depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email once your order has been dispatched. You can also view tracking information from the Account area or the Track Order page.

7. Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. The exterior of the parcel does not identify the contents or the sender as Pure Bio Lab Compound.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay additional shipping to have it re-sent.

9. Lost or damaged shipments

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@purebiolabcompounds.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, including reshipment where appropriate, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

10. Title and risk

Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery to the address you have provided. Where a parcel is left at the delivery address by the carrier in accordance with authority to leave instructions, risk passes at that point.
